This should be your first port of call - the circumstances in which you should even attempt to contact the entire membership simultaneously are very limited. For example advertising messages will be generally unwelcome, and questions like 'Do you make bespoke tables?' will be pointless: we all do!
- You can try emailing with a request to forward your message to the membership of DMOU. However, the general rule is that such messages will not be passed on, and would have to be judged of genuine interest for this to happen.
